Dining out with two kids under six. Not typically an awesome experience. That's why quite frankly, unless it's Chick-Fil-A, it doesn't typically happen for us.
Sugar packets, spilled drinks and boredom are three of a multitude of reasons why we don't do it very often.
You feel me, right?
Well, we decided to get adventurous last night. We took the kids to Stone Canyon Pizza at Zona Rosa. It was a great choice.
And while the food was good, it had nothing to do with that, really!
There was a fantastic magician going table to table doing magic tricks for the kids!
My kids were ALL about it!
This guy was pretty impressive, and he just had a really fun demeanor -- definitely knew how to connect with little ones.
My kids were giggling and chatting away about the tricks until bedtime! He definitely left an impression on them. In fact, I just emailed him to see if he can make an appearance at Julianne's birthday party in a few weeks!
That's all I've got. Just wanted to spread the word that if you would love to dine out with your kids but avoid it for the reasons I listed above. He's at Stone Canyon at Zona the first Saturday of every month starting at 6pm!
