1. According to a new study, we only have to work out two days a week and we still get all of the benefits! Well, that certainly sounds good to me! Here's the scoop.

2. So, one of my New Year's Resolutions is to learn how to cook... like, really cook (i.e. not Kraft Mac + Cheese. You get me.) So, I have found ANOTHER awesome cookbook for beginners like me... thank you for the step by step pictures (I can't make anything unless I can see what it's supposed to look like!) This is a good one and so far everything I've made has tasted delicious.

3. Fun fact! Tricks for getting a bigger glass of wine at restaurants. Research proves male servers pour 9% more wine on average. Also, HOLD your glass while they pour it. You'll get 12% more. You're welcome.
