So, you hear about the Y... but do you really know what it's all about? What programs are offered at the Y? Beyond working out, what ELSE can you do there? Well, I wondered the very same thing. So, I did a little investigative work and got the scoop for both of us!

First of all, I didn't realize that when you join the Y, you're committing to more than simply becoming healthier. You're actually supporting the values and programs that strengthen our community (and who doesn't love that). At the Y, kids learn what they can achieve, families spend quality time together, and we all build relationships that deepen our sense of belonging.
