Health: Why I'm Making Better Food and Products Choices
Written by: Brooke
One word... SKiN! We all know we need to take care of it and yet, I can speak for myself, I still make unhealthy choices. So, I just recently committed to going gluten and sugar free. As many of you know, I suffer from an autoimmune disease and my body is talking to me. Actually, it's yelling at me. It's giving me warning signs that I need to change some habits.
I started integrating non-toxic products into my daily routine such as SKiN because I know how important it is for me and my kids. With social media in our faces 24/7, it's hard not to see and hear all of the warning signs about harsh chemicals in our products and food. It's scares me to think about disease when my kids are my age. So, I am trying my best to create change for my family now.
I met with Stephanie, the creator of SKiN, a few months back and was blown away by her passion and knowledge. Every product she creates serves a purpose and is so thoughtfully planned, no detail is missing. I love her line of products because you can feel, smell and see the difference.
I am so excited for her new location to open up next month in Brookside. She will carry many lines beyond her signature SKiN line. She will also have some of the best all natural, non-toxic cosmetics on the market. Here are the details for her Grand Opening.
