Finance: Why You Need To Think About Money

Why You Need To Think About Money
I know, it’s not a fun topic to discuss for most of us. It’s boring or stress ridden or even at times pointless. But I think it’s really important that we discuss it.
It all comes full circle. Your relationship with yourself affects your relationship with everything else, money included. And if you have a bad relationship with money, you may be unintentionally carrying that stress or resentment into other areas of your life. Essentially what you’re doing is blocking the flow of the universe. Just like the effect of a dam on a river, negative feelings toward money back everything up.
We need to create a healthy flow. Realize that you CAN have the life you dreamed about as a little girl and created a Pinterest board as an slightly older little girl. It’s not too late and it’s not a hopeless cause. I’m here to tell you there is a cause for why you aren’t quite there yet. There’s a dam somewhere in the river that is your life and it’s blocking up your relationship with money.
Don’t settle for content. Don’t give up on your dreams. Lead by example, show your children, your nieces, your nephews, your friend’s children. Show the future leaders of the world what’s possible if you allow yourself to dream and face those obstacles head on.
