Yum: Cookie Dough Upgrades

Want to satisfy your sweet tooth but don't want to spend a ton of time baking? These are the perfect recipes that require minimal time and ingredients! Put a twist on your store-bought cookie dough with these creative upgrades.

All recipes make about 8 servings and follow the same steps for preparation listed below with the exception of the cookies and cream-stuffed cookies:

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until evenly distributed.

3. Use an ice cream scoop to place 6 scoops of dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake for 14 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

Birthday Cake Cookies

1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough

½ cup white chocolate chunks

¼ cup sprinkles

 

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 4.5 ounce box chocolate mint thins, chopped

 

S’mores Cookies

1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup graham crackers, broken into small chunks

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough

½ cup assorted chocolate candies

½ cup peanut butter cups, chopped

 

Brownie Cookies (Brookies)

1 box brownie mix

2 eggs

⅓ cup oil

1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough

 

Cookies & Cream-Stuffed Cookies

1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough

8 double-stuffed chocolate cookie sandwiches

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Take a golf ball-sized handful of cookie dough and press it flat.

3. Place a sandwich cookie in the center.  Fold the cookie dough around the edges, making sure there are no gaps, and press and shape the dough around the cookie.  Repeat with remaining dough and cookies.

4. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes.
