Yep. Goat Yoga is a THING...

Looking to switch up your workout routine this month? Try goat yoga at Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead!
If you've never heard of goat yoga, it's one of the latest yoga trends where yoga is practiced in the presence of and in tandem with live goats. Yes, people are really posing alongside social barnyard goats in all their bleating and adorable glory! Your stress level is sure to go down as you get up close and personal with these loving animals. It's hard to take anything seriously, especially yourself, when a baby goat is perched on your spine.
Sign up for a farmstead goat yoga class on August 7th, 9th, 14th, 21st, and 28th at 6:30 p.m. Class is held outdoors in a grassy area. Note that the goats are curious and will chew and climb on almost anything, and your yoga clothes may get dirty, so dress accordingly. Bring your camera for a good photo and your yoga mat or beach towel.
Advance registration is required. Please call (913)895-6390 to register. Class is limited to 30 participants who must be 14 years or older.
